Vigna del Mare is a residence located within short distance from the center of Palinuro and the famous Saline beach: so enjoys a particularly favorable position. More precisely, the residence is 400 meters from the center of Palinuro, and only 200 meters from the beach below. The beach, which extends for several kilometers, is of golden sand, bordered by pine forests and dunes covered by Mediterranean vegetation. There are also small cliffs and lagoons. The seabeds alternate wide sandy areas to submerged reefs. The beach is within walking distance from the parking area of our residence which is below street level.

The bungalows and lodges of the Residence Vigna del Mare are placed on large flowered terraces, sloping down to the pool and the sea,, under ancient olive trees. Particular attention has been paid to the areas that form the garden and shared park. The privacy of residential units is guaranteed by bushes and green hedges that border the garden verandas of the houses.

General terms and conditions of service

Services and facilities: reception, bar, private unguarded parking, swimming pool with hydromassage, children's playground, bike, wireless, Sky TV in the room, table tennis, shuttle service to beach convention (mt. 200 from the residence - with also possibility of free beach). For a fee: use of swimming pool with hydromassage, bike, table tennis, private parking (see supplement), laundromat. Kitchen linen not available. It is forbidden to drive or park cars within the complex, with the exception of all loading and unloading operations. The weeks 05/08 – 12/08 e 12/08 – 19/08 must be obligatorily combined with previous or subsequent. Included in the price: water and gas consumption. TO BE PAID ON SITE: Club Card per bed € 20.00 per week (swimming pool with hydromassage, bikes, table tennis, wireless, private parking, bed linen and towels (on request and for a fee midweek linen change at a cost of € 4.00 double bed kit, € 3.00 single bed kit, € 2.50 bathroom linen kit / person), kitchen linen not available. Tourist tax to be paid locally separately, children under 14 years old are exempted (The fee is effective from 1 June to 30 September). Rental of baby cot is required. € 50.00 per week to be reported at booking - free for children under 3 years with a valid identity document. Checkout cleaning fee € 40,00 per residential unit. Deposit: € 100.00 per residential unit refundable on checkout. Breakfast is served at the bar (b&b formula available if required) not included in the price. Pets not allowed, except small size pets in periods with asterisk. Visits to people lodging must be agreed with the direction and received in the reception area: bars and tensile structure, playground. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN for non-guests to access to avenues and housing.
